Services are available hourly at a rate of $35/hour, $50/hour, $100/hour or $200/hour.
Any service requires a pre-payment on account of at least two hours (at the chosen rate).
Each "use" of said pre-payment
will be charged a minimum of 30 minutes. Once a pre-payment is made
for a specific purpose and the first minimum of that
purpose has been met, the remainder
may be used
for any other form of service at the descretion of the client. Any services that
are "mixed" rates
(training and emergency troubleshooting, for instance) will be billed ENTIRELY
at the highest
rate unless they occur during two separate sessions. Refund Policy
TRAINING
$35/hour - Buy It Now! - Training when scheduled and paid for at least two days in advance. This will not involve "Troubleshooting"
except as a training exercise which is not meant to resolve an existing problem.
$50/hour - Buy It Now! - Training when schedule less than two days in advance.
$100/hour - Buy It Now! - Training when scheduled more than two days in advance which involves real-time instruction in "Troubleshooting"
which is meant to resolve an existing problem.
$200/hour - Buy It Now! - Training when scheduled less than two days in advance which involves real-time instruction in "Troubleshooting"

SUPPORT
$50/hour - Buy It Now! - Pre-paid Support when scheduled with no deadline. We will put this into our system and resolve the issue when it
comes up in the order that they are recieved, resolving deadline issues with higher priority to ensure that they meet their
deadlines.
$100/hour - Buy It Now! - Pre-paid Support when there is a deadline. We do not guarantee that we will meet the deadline as given, however
this level of support will ensure that the situation receives priority response to allow a greater likelihood of meeting or
beating the deadline.
$200/hour - Buy It Now! - Pre-paid Support with solid deadline. If we do not meet the deadline, there will be no charge and if the client
requests that we do so, we will refund any fees paid (Refund Policy).
CONSULTATION
$50/hour - Buy It Now! - We will assist you with consultation regarding system purchase, upgrades, customization or any other topic (not
including troubleshooting) at the discretion of the client. Consultation need not be (but can
be) scheduled in advance and
is subject to availability of staff. Any information not available at the time of the consultation may be provided after
the consultation has completed, but may incur a research fee at the same rate as the consultation if it is requested that
said information be acquired and forwarded.
CONSULTATION
$50/week - Buy It Now! - "Silly questions" - One of our staff will resolve one or two (less than 5 minute) phone/email/IM questions to
the best of our ability per day. The purpose of this is to reduce your need to hire another IT professional to get answers
to simple or fast IT Questions. Our staff is experienced in many fields of endeavor and will be happy to discuss any and
all of them (without violating any privacy policies or trade secrets). This does include help with troubleshooting (we will point you in what we believe is the right direction), but does not
include any of our personnel accessing your system or "looking up specific code or solutions", but is meant as a system for
guidance, which of course is very helpful during you troubleshooting your own system.
$100/week - Buy It Now! - "Standard Consultation" - Includes "Silly Questions" as above, and we WILL enter your system (viewing only) to make it easier to consult with you regarding your issues or questions. This also raises the threshold to one or two less than 10 minute phone/email/IM questions per day.
$150/week - Buy It Now! - "Premium Consultation" - Includes "Silly Questions" and "Standard Consultation" as above, and we will ALSO assist with walk-throughs on issues with which we are familiar, and we may make changes to your system as we assist you if you authorize us. This also raises the threshold to one or two less than 15 minute phone/email/IM questions per day.
SUPPORT / TRAINING
$50/week - Buy It Now! - "Down Server" - (This is only available on servers in OUR colocation facility)
One of our staff will be on call for down server moments. (Down Server insurance ONLY, no silly questions, no simple or complex repairs, just bringing a server back online when
it "stops dialing" or "stops connecting calls to agents", thus the name “Down Server” Acccount). If you have made alterations ONLY to the “GUI”, that price covers repairs. If
you have entered the system in any other way, and WE were informed of the changes in advance, we charge $50/hour to repair. If we were NOT notified that you’d be “doing something”
to the box (outside the GUI) … we charge $100/hour for repairs. If you had SOMEONE ELSE in the box (someone not employed by you as a W-2 Employee), $200/hour or “back burner” at $100/hour
for repairs (cuz idiots can do a lot of damage and generally don’t admit any of the files they played with trying to “fix it”). No kidding.
Vicidial Backup Storage.
$15/month. Limited to nightly Asterisk MySQL database and /etc cofiguration files of a server built by us. This will store the setup for FreePBX and
Vicidial and the data for Vicidial. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from failure of this system. Use at your own risk. We offer this
service as a simple, convenient backup method, but the client is responsible for
testing to ensure that it meets their own needs and is reliable according to
whatever method the client chooses. This data is not backedup up again by us and
is subject to loss from system or drive failure of our systems. Must be purchased with other services, this is not a "standalone" item.
Silly Questions Via E-Mail.
$50/month. This is only available when purchasing your first server or installation. Limited to low density, quick answer, emails (two or three per week max). Meant for those "newbies"
