Telephone system with predictive auto-dialer: Release.

Related software: FreePBX (PBX) and Vicidial (Predictive Autodialer). The Goal: Vicidial lacks a telephone system "setup" interface. FreePBX lacks "autodialer" capacity. We integrated the systems to allow creation of trunks and extensions in FreePBX to be utilized by the Vicidial system thus providing a "creation" front end for Vicidial that has a pleasing interface, and most importantly allows personnel to use these items without typing lines of code into configuration files. This also maintains a much better security protocol while allowing specific users access only to appropriate setup areas and others access to even more limited user areas (by using the appropriate security functions of both software systems where needed, and no "root" or "superuser" access at all).

The way I see it, if both systems are used in your business they are already related. So we don't specialize in connecting UN-related systems, we specialize in removing waste and energizing systems. After all, if you have to take information from your CRM and email it to a technician to change it so it can be used in your dialer, all you are doing is wasting time. We get that time back for you. I always design software with a purpose. I will sit at the end-user's desk and USE the software as intended and make sure it is intuitive, that each step makes sense from the standpoint of the end-user: not just from the standpoint of the programmer.
