CRM integration with Dialer: Release.

Related software: Goldmine (CRM) and Vicidial (Predictive Autodialer). The Goal: When a client requires contact based on parameters given by customer service before the project, the system needs to send the client's information to Vicidial to automatically call the customer when a Customer Service Representative logs in to the appropriate campaign. Upon completion of the call (automated or manual, based on whether there was actual customer contact or not), specific call results (especially invalid number and do not call requests) must return to Goldmine so that the customer is not called again by the automated system the next time the list is sent over. There are several other specific links, all with similar parameters, which run independently using scripting software and networking within the dialer and the sql server associated with Goldmine.

The way I see it, if both systems are used in your business they are already related. So we don't specialize in connecting UN-related systems, we specialize in removing waste and energizing systems. After all, if you have to take information from your CRM and email it to a technician to change it so it can be used in your dialer, all you are doing is wasting time. We get that time back for you. Every day.

I always design software with a purpose. I will sit at the end-user's desk and USE the software as intended and make sure it is intuitive, that each step makes sense from the standpoint of the end-user: not just from the standpoint of the programmer.
