The way I see it, if both systems are used in your business they are already
related. So we don't specialize in connecting UN-related systems, we specialize
in removing waste and energizing systems. After all, if you have to take
information from your CRM and email it to a technician to change it so it can be
used in your dialer, all you are doing is wasting time. We get that time back

I always design software with a purpose. I will sit at the end-user's desk and
USE the software as intended and make sure it is intuitive, that each step makes
sense from the standpoint of the end-user: not just from the standpoint of the
programmer.
